Tevis enjoys speaking about her research. She has designed digital humanities projects, authored exhibit development and expert witness reports, assessed educational texts, and drafted training materials. Civil rights organizations, Smithsonian-affiliated museums, curriculum developers, podcast producers, student groups, mentorship programs, and law firms have solicited her services, while her scholarship has been cited in a U.S. Supreme Court amicus brief.
